Cucumber Sandwich
THIS recipe is THE BEST.. I'm not a FAN of sandwiches.. I usually like the hot food with lots of spices.. But OHHHH this was sooooo good.. I am craving it right now and will make it over and over again.. many times.. very easy cool refreshing and OHHHH.. so low in calories.. and SOOOO very very good.. I just eliminated the oil, and avocado, and added some thin sliced red onions. The rest I left the same.. and I used it on Deli pita bread made by Sarah Lee.. Just THE best.. I CALCULATED The calories per sandwich and came up with only about 200 cal per DELICIOUS low fat sandwich.. 80 cal = pita, 100 cal= 2tbs philly cheese or just 70cal if you use light.. And they rest is the veggies.. SO YOU Do the math.. the best.. Thank you..
