Slow Cooker Beef Stew I
The whole family liked this but wasn't wow'd. I added 1/2 cup red wine as suggested. I also added a bit of italian seasoning. Still didn't seem seasoned enough. I think that 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp of worcestershire is not enough salt for 2 lbs of meat and vegetables.

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies
Great flavor! Adults and kids both loved them. I made large 3 inch cookies and baked the batches for 15 minutes.
