Artichoke Chicken
This recipe has made it in to the weekly rotation because it's so fast, easy, and delicious. I make it low fat with FF sour cream, LF mayo, and alittle less parm than called for. Thinking about adding spinach to the mixture next time.

Baked Chicken with Peaches
I was expecting something decent, but this was so delicious and so easy! I served it over brown rice. Also, I didn't have clove or ginger, so I used cinnamon.

Stuffed Chicken Breasts
I did not use the soup, I made regular chicken gravy instead. I added craisens to the stuffing, so good! Almost didn't want to stuff the chicken with it and just eat it as-is.
