I have not yet made this recipe but it sounds like it could be made (personalized) as one would do when they cook. I found Sonnybkk's review to be rude and negative. Sonnybkk should not comment on anything unless she has something constructive to contribute...If you have a better way to cook it-DO SHARE! Use a little tact in the future.

This is so easy and always makes a great reason to get together for coffee!! I have my husband's office mates angry with me for sending it because they can't resist eating too much of it...Hey, I didn't twist their arm!

This is so good. The poblano chiles are my favorite. I also used Jalapeno Jack Cheese. I omitted the salsa on the top. What a great way to get that Chile Relleno fix!!
