Light Oat Bread
very yummy and good for sandwiches. the first time i made it the crust was too hard, the next time i rubbed shortening into the crust when it first came out of the oven and it was perfect. i used the dough cycle on the bread machine and baked it at 350 degrees for 37 minutes.
