Steak Sauce
very good, easy to make, all ingredients normally in my pantry. I served it with barbecued sirloin steak - my whole family enjoyed it. I'll probably add just a bit more of the hot sauce next time.

Lemonade-Mint Iced Tea
It was very refreshing, but a little too sweet. I'll try half the sugar next time.

Oriental Chicken Salad
I was surprised at how good the dressing was. Nice that it used ingredients I always have on hand. Quick and easy to make. I'll definitely make it again.
