Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry
Good concept. I like the noodles and the flexibility with the vegetables. The addition of the flavor packet from the ramen noodles made this dish incredibly salty (I only added half of it as I spilled it all over the counter when I snipped it open). Next time I will add chicken broth with a little cornstarch. I love salty foods and this was over the top for me.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Very good, but an awful color. I used a rotisserie chicken as others suggested (although I really like canned chicken! Don't laugh..It makes a terrific chicken salad) I think next time I will sprinkle toasted sliced almond over the top rather than the cheese.

Chicken Milano
A terrific everyday dish! With the exception of boiling the pasta, I made everything early in the day. I made the sauce, sauteed the chicken (which I cut into bite sized pieces as others had suggested)added it to the sauce, put the pot in the icebox and forgot about it until dinner. I reheated it slowly, served it over angel hair and a side dish of sauteed spinach. A very easy and delicious recipe. Thank you for sharing!
