I'm 37 years old, single, and LOVE to cook for family and friends. I love to cook meals that are fast and easy to prepare, but taste like you spent forever making them! Love soups and casserole type dishes too. I also enjoy baking cookies and other goodies too. Don't really have any...except of course Thanksgiving dinner which is just tradition that MOM makes it! YUMMY!~ I couldn't top it, so I don't even TRY! Haven't had any great accomplishments in the cooking field...I use alot of recipies from this site ,and don't usually get too creative on my own except maybe just to tweak it here or there. But most everything I prepare turns out pretty darn good if I may say so myself! My biggest problem is the whole multi tasking thing...I have something on the stove, and start doing something else, and before you know it, the smoke detector is alarming! LOL! Done it once or twice... Oh well...even the greatest chefs have had some "mishaps". We can't all be "Rachel Ray!" LOL. (love her by the way!)
