Mimi's Giant Whole-Wheat Banana-Strawberry Muffins
I've been using this recipe for over 2 years now. It's wonderful as is but now I use it as a starting point for all the muffins I make. I love to sub wild blueberries and add ground flaxseed. I make a batch on Sunday and know my kids have a great breakfast for the whole week. Thank you!

Grilled Chicken Noodle Soup
The answer of what to do with leftover chicken on a winter night. Tasted great, easy, and all ingredients are already in the fridge!
