Onion Soup Pork Chops

This was delicious! I didn't have as much rice as the recipe called for so I added some orzo along with the rice. The rice and orzo mixture was to die for!!

Awesome Chicken and Yellow Rice Casserole

I noticed as I was going through the reviews before I made it that almost no one followed the exact recipe. I figured there was no point in making it if I changed everything, so I followed the recipe completely. I am so glad I did!! It was delicious!! It made enough for 2+ nights of dinner, and we enjoyed every bite of it!!

Mexican Bean Salad

I have been a member of AR for 10 years now and have probably made hundreds of recipes from this site by now. I have to say... this one is right up at the top of my favorites!! I cant' say enough great things about it. I will definitely cut the dressing in half next time. It has amazing flavor, but its way too much for me. I like to eat it with tortilla chips as well as a salad.

Perfect Summer Fruit Salad

I cheated and used store bought lemonade and orange juice. I added brown sugar and the vanilla and brought to a boil. It never really thickened, but it kept the fruit a nice color and was still very good.

Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These were great cookies... especially when they were still warm. My only issue with them is that they didn't stay fresh long. By the second day they weren't very flavorful.

Thai Spiced Barbecue Shrimp

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

This was a very easy yet tasty dinner. I'm a fan of anything in the crockpot! Next time I would leave out the shrimp out of personal taste. I know that's not a true jambalaya though!!

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

I followed the recipe completely except I used parchment paper in place of the wax paper. No need to grease that. I found the cloves way overpowering. I'm sure I will make it again only cutting the cloves in half. Also, I kept it cold to make it easier to cut. This tastes much better at room temp though.

Candied Sweet Potatoes

I always make sweet potato casserole, and out of pure laziness this year I decided to make this instead. I was so glad that I did!! It's a lot less time consuming, and my family actually liked it better. I guess being lazy can pay off :)

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

I made this slightly different since I was trying to use up the Libby's pumpkin pie mix that I buy every year by accident lol. I used one cup pie mix, substituted applesauce for the oil, added a tsp of pumpkin pie spice, 1/8 of cinnamon, 1/4 cup white sugar, and 1/2 brown sugar. These are delicious!!
