Marinade for Chicken
Very good marinade - I subbed olive oil and added a couple of crushed garlic cloves and let the chicken soak in it overnight - good eats!

Barbecued Beef Brisket
I changed the method - not the rub or the sauce. To prepare the meat I rubbed the brisket with Deli mustard before rubbing with spices -then let it sit overnight in the fridge before tossing it in the smoker for 2 hours -finished in the slow cooker with the sauce. Outstanding flavor

Overnight Pork Roast With Cabbage
very good recipe- my family does not like me to cook with beer so I used apple juice instead (good results). I used beef stock in place of the broth (more flavor, less salt). I cut the cabbage in chunks instead of shredding it (my wife's preference)and I just quartered some potatoes and cooked them with the roast. I sliced the meat and served it atop the vegetables - pleasing to the eye and delicious
