Apple Orchard Punch

Really great pumpkin roll. If the roll is still too warm it will start to melt the filling. I will let mine cool a bit longer next time.

I was really excited about making homemade tomato soup. After my kids said it didn't taste any different then the ones in the can I was disappointed. I thought it was good, but like my kids it tasted just like Campbells.

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake

The final result was good but getting to that point was not. The first one I made flopped after taking it out of the pan to cool. The second one came out better after I tweaked the recipe a bit. It was not worth the second trip to the grocery and the money to make this recipe again.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies were a big hit with my kids. They came out perfect, very soft and yummy. I look forward to trying them next time with chocolate chips. Also, I did add the extra 1/4 C. of flour and 1/2 C. of oatmeal like suggested.

Coconut Cake III

I loved the toasted coconut on the top. I toasted mine in the oven with out mixing it with any butter and it came out perfect. I didn't care for the addition of the nuts in the cake batter. A good cake though and good icing.

Asian Chicken Noodle Salad

I have made other versions of this salad before and all are similar. I liked the sunflower addition in this one. However I didn't feel the dressing had much flavor.

Seven Layer Salad

Thought this was good and very similar to what I have made before. One difference I have done in the past is to put in the refrigerator over night and mix before serving. Also, no need to mix the mayo and sugar, just sprinkle over top.
