BAKER'S Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies
These were a great cookie. The stayed soft and we loved the oatmeal and chocolate chips in them. Yum!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies were a big hit with my kids. They came out perfect, very soft and yummy. I look forward to trying them next time with chocolate chips. Also, I did add the extra 1/4 C. of flour and 1/2 C. of oatmeal like suggested.

Coconut Cake III
I loved the toasted coconut on the top. I toasted mine in the oven with out mixing it with any butter and it came out perfect. I didn't care for the addition of the nuts in the cake batter. A good cake though and good icing.
