Owen's Mozzarella And Tomato Salad

Chicken with Garlic, Basil, and Parsley
Excellent as is. At the last few minutes, I sprinkled everything very lightly with parmasan cheese. My son told me we could have this one again!!!

Potato Salmon Patties
Mine were a little dry, but the flavor was GREAT. I used the pouch salmon instead of canned, so it may have been drier since it wasn't packed in liquid. I will add a little liquid next time. Otherwise, they were really good. Even my picky 10 year old ate them!
