Ultimate Double Chocolate Cookies
I prepared chocolate, sugars and butter as for a brownie recipe and melted them all in the top of a double boiler. I continued the recipe as directed, but only had 3 eggs - came out fine! The first batch didn't spread (I used a small cookie scoop) so for the next batch I rolled the dough into balls and flattened slightly with the bottom of a small, decorative bowl dipped in sugar. Came out beautiful and wonderfully chocolaty! Yum!!
