Red River Beef Stroganoff
Really great! For some reason mine wasn't as thick as I'd hoped, but I used some of the sauce and mixed it with a roux to thicken it and it was delish! My husband doesn't eat mushrooms, so I left them out. I also added a splash of red wine. Will definitely make again. Thanks!
