Here is the "Pincho de Tortilla"
The tortilla de patatas is done! Ready to serve. Cut in wedges or little squares.
Trick for flipping. Add a piece of paper towels on edge for easier flipping.
Add potatoes to eggs. Let it rest for 5 minutes before adding the mix to the pan again.
After 15 minutes or so the potatoe/onion mix is done. Drain the potatoes.
About this Cook
Borned in Bilbao, lived in the US for 9 yrs where I went to college and my dream would definitely be taking 1yr off to go to cooking school.
My favorite things to cook
Mmmmm, hard to say! I guess what I like most is trying out new recipes regardless of the type of food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
One of my best childhood memories is the time I spent with my mom trying out new desserts recipes. They did not always come out right but it was fun. It definitely hooked me.
My cooking triumphs
Better talk about my tragedies ;-)
My cooking tragedies
Macarons!!!! Those little french biscuits didn't come out. I will try one more time soon.

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins
I was looking for some healthy muffins and these really came out great. I used soy milk instead of milk, 1 cup of whole wheat and raspberries.

Fruity Curry Chicken Salad
I made this salad for lunch today and I really enjoyed it!. I didn't have grapes but even without them was great. I used low fat plain yogurt mixed with the mayo to make it lighter and turned out really great.
