Artichoke Wonton Cups
I thought this was very tasty and I'll definately make this again. I didn't have a mini muffin pan so I used the regular size that you'd use for cupcakes. It worked just fine and they still looked very elegant. I also added chopped spinach ( found in the freezer section-make sure you thaw and squeeze out all liquid) to my second batch. These went much faster than the plain ones. I also skipped the cooking spray. The wontons I buy have a light flour coating on one side that I place on the pan side. I haven't had a problem with them sticking yet. This is a quick and simple recipe that is a nice change from the usual chips and dip. It's a keeper!!

Chai Tea Mix
Definately a keeper!! I'm a big chai drinker but have a hard time paying a couple $$ each time I stop at the coffee shop. This makes it a bit more economical for my budget and I can enjoy it anytime I want. The spices may be a bit expensive but are well worth the price, without them this wouldn't be a 5 star recipe. Try "Penzeys" spices..their prices can't be beat and you can get smaller amounts than at a grocery store. I did make a few changes. I only added 1 t. ginger and 2 c. of suger. This will be added to my holiday gift baskets!!

Maryland Crab Cakes III
Only had crab cakes once before and I think these turned out almost as good as the ones from the restuarant. I used bread crumbs instead of saltines and added a dash or two salt. They didn't stick together very well...is this normal?? Very simple and tasty. Definately a keeper. Thanks
