Easy Chicken Satay
I don't think I've ever had Thai food and wanted to try this out to pair it with the coconut rice. I loved this! Even the dip was good and not overly sweet. Husband (non-adventure eater) did not like it.

Coconut Rice
I really liked this! Was a nice change from the norm. Husband didn't like it though, he said it smelled like popcorn, too sweet.

Peanut Butter Banana Bread
Fantastically yummy! Like a pb&banana sandwhich but more "breakfasty." I used crunchy peanut butter and eliminated the peanuts and this was just the right amount of cruncy.
