Chocolate Rum Balls I
These tasted just like I remembered. Don't forget to let them "marinate" in a closed container or ziploc and dust again with powdered sugar before serving. If you use the ziploc bag method of "rolling" them in powdered sugar, you only have to use one ziploc for everything - initial powdered sugar coating, "marinating", then the final powdered sugar coating before serving. A real time and dish-saver!

Bub Bub's Hearty Mush
I made this as written, except I subbed frozen veggies, like the previous reviewer. The only thing I would change next time is to cut back on the salt, because even my salt-aholic husband's first comment was..."Wow, this is salty. Maybe even *too* salty." I definitely thought it was too salty and will cut back next time. I'll probably cut back on the cayenne a little, too, because it was super hot-spicy. But hey - I'm not complaining because the overall taste was AWESOME! A very comforting and tasty meal! Thanks for this quick, easy, and inexpensive dinner idea!

Mini Meatloaves
I made these tonight in a 12-muffin pan and with exactly one pound of ground beef. It filled them up perfectly with just enough sauce to top each one. I followed the suggestion of another reviewer for the cooking time and 35 minutes was great - very moist meatloaf. I would have given this 5 stars, except for two things. First, the actual meat mixture was bland, even though I added some garlic powder, onion powder, and a splash of worcestershire sauce. And lastly, I did need to add about another 1/4 of oats to make the mixture workable - otherwise it was too wet, even after letting the oats soak in the liquid ingredients for 10 minutes, as suggested by another reviewer. I really enjoyed the sauce and overall, it was really good. My husband and I will both be eating this again but I will be sure to try and spice it up some more. Thanks!
