Lemon Herb Barbeque Sauce for Chicken
We enjoyed this very much, it was easy to prepare and very lemony. I used olive oil and bottled lemon juice and added some oregano because I didn't have thyme or marjoram. I didn't have chicken breast so used boneless thighs and they were SO good I will be serving this often. Thanks for a great recipe!

Lemon Horseradish New Potatoes
These potatoes were absolutely FABULOUS, they reminded me of Greek Lemon Potatoes if you changed the seasoning a little. The kitchen smelled wonderful while they were cooking. I was glad I made extra because everyone wanted more. Because I read the other reviews, I doubled the lemon and horseradish. I used rather small new potatoes cut in half and they were done in about an hour. I also used olive oil instead of butter. I think I might add some oregano next time too. This recipe is a keeper and will be served often at my table.

Dill Pickle Bread
This recipe seemed to be an excellent idea, but it didn't turn out for me. The bread didn't rise at all...not even a little bit and I followed the recipe exactly. My yeast was good, I have used it sucessfully recently on other recipes. I did wonder why there was no sugar in the recipe...I thought yeast needs sugar to act. Also, I am told salt keeps the yeast in check so the extra salt in the pickle juice may have done something also. This recipe smelled wonderful as it baked, I was sorry it didn't turn out. I threw the bread away. Anyone have any suggestions to save this recipe? Had it risen, it would have been wonderful. Thanks! Heather
