Mashed Sweet Potatoes
I used raw honey and brown sugar substitute instead of sugar. My husband said they were the best mashed sweet potatoes he's ever had and he had some a week ago that he loved at the Grand Lux Cafe (that's why I wanted to make some). This was my first time ever making home made mashed potatoes of any kind. I loved them. Easy and delicious. My husband thought they were better than candied yams too.

Sea Bass with Honeyed Apples
EXCELLENT!!!!!! I used frozen bass from Costco and canned fiji apples so I didn't have to cut and peel the apples, and I used a tasty fish seasoning mixture instead of just regular flour, salt, and pepper. This was excellent!!!! Yum Yum.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
I read the reviews and decided to split the white and yellow parts of the egg. These pancackes were the fluffiest of all time, and my husband absolutely loved them. I added real bluberries. I made some with pecans, and some with cinnamon. Great recipe. Thank you. My husband really was impressed and appreciative. This was my first time making them from scratch.
