I love to use my slow cooker!!! Cooking Italian is a favorite as well. Give me a great casserole recipe and I'm happy!!

Prime Rib Soup
My husband and son just raved about this soup! The only thing I found was, it took too long for it to cook down. Leave plenty of time to cook this! Worth it!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
This was a big hit!! Very moist! I didn't even need gravy. I made a 7 lb. chicken for 3 of us and only a cup of chicken was Left!!! A keeper!!!

Burnt Butter Rice
My Family just raves about this rice!! My son can't get enough of it!!! It may have to cook 5 minutes longer!! This is a keeper
