Easy Mexican Fried Chicken
had this recipe many, many times now and still love it. I serve it with refried beans and cheese and mexican rice. Love it!!!

Chicken with Mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce
very good and very easy to make. I decided to cook it as a special going away dinner for my husband. He was impressed. I still feel that it could have used "something" else, but I dont know what.

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken
I did like the recipe, but I believe I put to much honey and mustard together. Maybe if I used less the sauce would have been thicker, but the taste was good if you like sweet tasting chicken. I will try making it again!!!
