Cinnamon Rolls II
About this Cook
I love anything that has to do with cooking from different types of equipment to use to trying a new technique. I got married a little under a year ago to a very finicky eater so now I am trying to be creative so that I don't get tired of eating the same things over and over and also pleasing my husband.
My favorite things to cook
Mainly anything that has to do with desserts. I can cook other things very well but desserts are my thing.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Well the day before Thanksgiving and Xmas we do a "pre-meal" sort of thing. It's not the spread of the official holiday but it's something that we usually don't have on the holiday. It's not a big meal but everyone looks forward to having that certain dish that is made only once a year.
My cooking triumphs
Not trying to brag but I have alot of them.
My cooking tragedies
An orange pineapple cake. It was too wet because I used too much juice and it never cooked right.

Tea Biscuits
These were very good! I have tried other biscuit recipes that just didnt work but this one was spot on! They were very flakey and I also used butter flavored crisco and wass still good.

Mahogany Chicken Wings
These wings rock!!! I made them for a potluck and they were loved by all! The recipe is good the way it is and I felt no changes needed to be made.

Unbelievable Grilled Garlic Bread
To whoever came up with this recipe, THANK YOU!!!! It is very delicious and I have had several requests for this bread. I have roasted the garlic instead of mincing it and it tastes just fine.
