Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Served with a dollop of sour cream! This soup came out fantastic, with no changes to the recipe!

BLT Dip
Wasn't a huge fan... was missing something I couldn't put my finger on, may have been my choice in bacon or my choice in mayo.

Easy Meatloaf
Awesome recipe! It is now the base for all future meatloaves. I stuck close to the recipe with a few minor changes: Italian Seasoned bread-crumbs, a hefty dash of Oregano, and mixed in a cup of cheddar cheese.
