Chicken Florentine Casserole
Okay, I would rate this a 5, but I took other reviewers suggestions and changed it just a tad. I sauted to mushrooms and spinach then placed the raw chicken breasts on top. Poured the sauce over all and baked for approx 20 minutes. I then pulled out of over added the cheese on top and put back in for an additional 10 minutes. My husband who claimed not to be very hungry, ate three servings. Next time I make, I will cut up chicken, double sauce and serve over pasta. This is a keeper.
