Moist and elegant, yet a bit homey! A winning combination. I made no alterations, none were needed! Here IS a tip, though: Use a simple frosting. The cake is rich enough by its self. I used a mocha frosting. Delicious, if you don't mind the fact you proably won't be able to hold down a big piece!

This is a light and refreshing drink which makes a summer night into paradise (especially with a special some one). Mango made it sweet, and it was light (almost to light- I could keep drinking them). I LOVE IT!!

Delicious! Reminded me a bit of Terimasu! I did, however, make a few alterations! 1) I used esspresso instead of coffee (added amazing flavor... however, almost too much flavor) 2) I mixed the initial ingrediants in the blender for a bit, before adding the confectioners suger a bit at a time 3) I served with a dark chocolate cake, wich, although delicious, proved to be to much. THIS WAS DELICIOUS! I definate keeper!
