Hungarian Mushroom Soup
honestly? I LOVE Mushrooms.. and so does my family. I had to make a double batch because I wanted to get some (like most soups) and I terribly glad I did! Very flavor filled (I modified it and used varying mushrooms, like portabello, shitaki, and just regular mushrooms) and look forward to making it again and again. Thanks for posting this!!!!

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken
I was out of Parm. cheese, so I sub. white hard cheddar, and it still turned out phenomenal! I will be sure to use this recipe again and again..besides, it's so easy to just box up and use for lunches! THANKS!
