Very good, hearty and down right yummy- served with mashed potatoes and corn on the side - so good!

I made this today and was blown away - I have been making banana bread for years and this is amazing. I used about a cup of butterscotch chips and raisins in the recipe. So yummy, moist and flavorful. I could eat the whole loaf myself. Thank you for such a great recipe

I made these delightful gems using Jello pudding turtle flavored pudding (you know caramel, chocolate and pecan) Like the turtle candy. They were AWESOME. I baked a dozen or so for me and the hubby and formed the remainder into a log and froze it for our July 4th celebration. Let me say - there were none left to bring home- everyone adored them - they are moist, tender and a little chewy- just the way I like them - thanks for a great recipe-
