Hi everyone,I am a new member so I am still finding my way around!!!! I am 59yrs.and am Mother to 3 and Grandmother to 4. I just love cooking but since they all flew the nest I only get to REALLY cook when they visit!! Cake baking and Stir fries are my favourites.I also enjoy the preparation that goes into my own casseroles,which I hope to share with you. Family get togethers are great as it gives me the opportunity to cook my own favourites,which are usually enjoyed by all!!! My most memorable occasion was a Buffet I prepared for my own Ruby Wedding Anniversary.Most foods were hot, but I included a finger buffet as well. I once tried to cook a steamed steak pudding,I went out for a little shopping and on my return found most of the pud on the kitchen ceiling!!!!! I had forgotten to top up the water in the steamer!!!!!
