Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff
Loved this recipe! I added a little soy sauce, wostershire and white wine for extra flavor and made turkey meatballs to add in addition to the mushrooms. I will definitely make this again.

Caribbean-Spiced Roast Chicken
I'm just getting into roasting chickens and this was the second recipe I tried. I thought it was excellent. I used lemon instead of lime and didn't have clove so I left it out. Also, I used chicken leg quarters because it was what I had on hand. I also drained the fat drippings from the pan and made a sauce from what remained. It was a delicious meal. LOVED the cinnamin!

Butter Roast Chicken
This was my first time making roast chicken and it turned out great. I bought chicken leg quarters and served this at a dinner party. I added lemon zest to give it a more lemony flavor which was nice. Everyone thought it was delicious. I think I might use less butter next time but overall this was a hit.
