New England Crab Cakes
I had left over crab from a family crab pickin' and made these last night. This was the first time I have ever made crab cakes at home and they were FABULOUS! I followed the recipe exactly and couldn't have had better at a restaurant. I served them with a dip on the side made with plain yogurt, lemon juice, horseradish, dill, and a little salt. Yum!

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
This was my first time ever cooking or eating lamb. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. My 10 year old daughter and I were home alone that night and had a fabulous meal! Thank you.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
We really liked this recipe. I used thyme the first time I made it because I was out of rosemary. We had it again the next week with rosemary. Either way, they were a hit!! Thanks for sharing.
