Garlic Brussels Sprouts
This is a great recipe. I don't use the broth, though. Also, I sprinkle parmesan cheese on them when they are done. My kids and I fight over the last of them.

Florentine Artichoke Dip
This is such a great dip! I've made it several times and it the bowl is always scraped clean! I did notice a big difference between using freshly shredded parmesan cheese versus the pre-grated kind. It's so much richer when fresh ingredients are used.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon
Absolutely wonderful! I've made this on several occasions for company and everyone just raves about it. Thank you for a recipe I will always have around.
