Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These are the best! My only change is I don't like cloves, so I just up the cinnamon to a teaspoon. They are one of my most requested cookies.

This is a good basic recipe for pecan pie - I've used it for years. For the absolute best flavor, 1/4 cup dark corn syrup and 3/4 cup light corn syrup. Also, I add about 1 tablesp of vanilla. I received the ultimate southern compliment for my version "tastes better than grandma's"!

Irresistible Pecan Pie

French Buttercream Frosting

I heat up the cream and then mix in the flour because the micro cooks it too much, but otherwise an great icing

Famous Butter Chicken

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Penne and Vodka Sauce

The Best Thai Peanut Sauce
