Mini Meatloaves
My whole family enjoyed this recipe. I only made one meatloaf. I tried the recipe with turkey and with pork instead of beef. The turkey was not so good. The pork was better and the beef was the best...of course. We love this recipe.

Chicken and Pasta Primavera
The kids loved this. I improvised by adding what I had. I added red peppers and frozen broc/carrots. I also used heavy cream. We put it over ravioli.
