Easy Mushroom Rice
Wow...I just pulled this out of the oven and cannot stop nibbling on it! Tastes great and very easy to put together. I used brown rice, condensed cream of chicken soup, 14 oz can of beef broth, a few Tbsp of butter and on can of mushrooms. Next time I will double the mushrooms. Thanks for a great recipe!

Apple Orchard Punch

Hot Spiced Cranberry Cider
