Baked Pork Chops I

Great Flavor and moist!!! I was not patient enough to wait an hour to add the mushroom sauce so I added after 30 minutes. Not sure if it would have turned out any different but either way...it was delicious!

Tater Tot Hot Dish II

This is delicious comfort food! It's easy and has great flavor. I use venison instead of beef and added garlic salt and powder. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly as stated.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

This recipes had great flavor but turned out really soupy. This happened last time I made lasagna too so I think I will use evorpated milk or half and half next time to thicken the sauce up.

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

This was an easy way to make bacon especially for a crowd but my bacon didn't come out crispy. Maybe I didn't cook it long enough (30 minutes)so I will try it again but I was a little disappointed.

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

The pork chops were very moist and flavorful! The sauce came out a little to liquid for me so I added instant mash potatos to thicken it up!

Spaghetti Sauce II

I will never buy spaghetti sauce in a jar again! This is a simple yet tasty recipe. I did make some changes b/c I was using this for a bake pasta dish. When I followed the recipe it was a little thick for a bake pasta dish so I added a 28oz can of tomato sauce. Added a tad more of the other ingredients. When I am making spaghetti, I ommit the tomato sauce. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!

Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

I love wild rice soup and this is a fantastic recipe. It had great flavor and easy to put together. The only thing I changed was subsituting half the cream for skim milk. Not sure if that is what made the soup seem seperated. Other than that, it was delecious and I will definitely be making it again!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

This recipe is fantastic! I didn't make any changes except the way to make chicken. I used 4 pieces of raw chicken breast and put the sauce over it. Then I cooked it at 350 for 1.25 hrs. The chicken was moist and you could cut it with a fork. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

This recipe is exactly what I was looking for in a hearty soup. I made some adjustments as others have suggested by adding 1 can of creamed corn and 1 C of heavy whipping cream. I added some ham to make this more of a meal. Thanks for the great recipe!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This chili recipe is amazing! I followed the recipe almost to a T. I omitted the bacon bits b/c I didn't have any handy and added a whole bottle of ginnus. This is going to be a staple!!
