The very first time I made mashed potatoes, I put too much milk in them. No one was around to ask so I added flour. Heck you usually add flour to everything else to thicken it. I've never lived that paste nightmare down. sigh

Pistachio Cake II
I was looking for a recipe like this a few weeks ago. I've heard it called other things but basically still pistachio pudding, yellow cake mix made with sprite or 7-up, toffee chips on the top, whip cream. I'm glad that I found it.

Crushed Pineapple Sour Cream Pie
Yummy! I didn't have quite enough pineapple and juice so I found a small can of mandarin oranges and used that. I used all of the mandarin juice and only 3/4 of the mandarins. I wanted to save some for the top. After licking my fingers, I think it's going to be excellent!!!

Best Ever Layered Mexican Dip
Bean Dip (not refried beans) is the secret to the best seven layer dip ever. You know the kind you dip Fritos into, yes Bean Dip, excellent!
