Asian Beef with Snow Peas
This was really good. I'm always worrying about trying new recipes. I didn't have any snow peas so I used some broccoli instead. Also, I didn't have any rice wine so I used rice wine vinegar and doubled the sauce and left out the doubled rice wine vinegar. I did as others had done and used sesame oil in my wok. Very yummy and the left overs are good too.

French Silk Chocolate Pie I
I made this for Christmas dinner and it went over really well. The key is to beat each egg for the full five minutes. I started to worry that it would still be gritty, but after beating each egg the full five minutes it wasn't at all. No leftovers at all!
