Corn Casserole I
This was a hit with my family this Thanksgiving! I doubled the ingredients for a 9 X 13 pan and instead of cheddar cheese I used the four cheese blend. I also sprinkled some fried onions on top for added crunch. delicious!!!!!

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'
This is the best banana nut bread i've ever tasted. It's even better than the one they serve at a famous family diner. Thanks to this recipe, my boyfriend told me i was the kitchen goddess!! I will do this recipe in heart shaped pans for valentine's !!
