Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
This recipe is incredible. One of the best soups I have had at home or in a restaurant. I did change a few things for my family's taste. I used a whole onion which was about a cup and a half. I also used about 6 cloves of garlic and for the tomato, I used two cans of diced tomato with basil, oregano and parsley. I also used the three cheese stuffed tortellini and it was incredible. A must try!
