Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade

This is so yummy! I marinaded bite sized pieces of chicken, removed the chicken from marindate to cook it, added the marinade back into the pot and thickened with cornstarch,added broccoli and served over rice. I also substitued 2 tsp of red pepper flakes for the paste as someone else suggested.

Greek Penne and Chicken

This was very good, but I did follow others' suggestions and used a can of diced tomatoes and adding some heavy cream and cut back on the amount of pasta. Otherwise I could see where it would be very dry.

I would highly suggest removing the chips from your cookie sheet as soon as they come out of the oven. I let the first batch cool on the sheet, and they would not come off.

I made these for Christmas and everyone seemed to like them. Definitely use a mellon baller to shape these. I didn't have one and I was a mess when I was through.

Turkey Salad

I didn't bother with the food processor, just shredded the turkey with a fork & chopped everything else and made sandwiches. Love the flavors in this. I wish I had more leftover turkey to make this again!

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

This is pretty good pizza sauce. I omitted the anchovy paste and cut the honey down to 1 tbs, and I still thought it was still too sweet and had a definite honey flavor. Next time I'll try just a teaspoon or substitute sugar.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Great recipe! I omitted the celery, used 4 cans of chili beans in medium sauce. I used a can of hot diced chili peppers. It had a nice kick but not too spicy. This will be the only chili I make from now on.

Magic Cookie Bars I

These were so good! Next time I'll follow others' suggestion to mix the margarine and graham cracker crumbs together and pour the milk over the crust because my crust fell apart in places that didn't have enough margarine to the crumbs were too thick.

Beer Margaritas

These are so good and couldn't be easier to make. I made this for a group of friends and told them it was made with beer. I loved watching everyone taking a tiny sip when they tried it. We all loved it! Next time I'll try it with Sprite as others suggested just see how it turns out.

Pina Colada Punch

This was sooo good! I divided this into a few containers in the freezer and just brought out a new one when the pitcher was running low. Next time I'll substitute the crushed pineapple for additional pineapple juice. Even with putting it through the food processor, it was still too chunky for my taste. I also used an entire bottle of coconut rum (750 ml), which ended up being about an extra 1 1/2 c, and it wasn't overpowering - in fact you still couldn't taste the alcohol. I'm going to make more to have on hand in the freezer for upcoming BBQ's.

Buffalo Chicken Dip
