Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade
This is so yummy! I marinaded bite sized pieces of chicken, removed the chicken from marindate to cook it, added the marinade back into the pot and thickened with cornstarch,added broccoli and served over rice. I also substitued 2 tsp of red pepper flakes for the paste as someone else suggested.

Greek Penne and Chicken
This was very good, but I did follow others' suggestions and used a can of diced tomatoes and adding some heavy cream and cut back on the amount of pasta. Otherwise I could see where it would be very dry.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
I would highly suggest removing the chips from your cookie sheet as soon as they come out of the oven. I let the first batch cool on the sheet, and they would not come off.
