These were absolutely fabulous! My whole family loved them, even my somewhat picky 5 and 2 year old. The onions and peppers come out really sweet, and the chicken is really flavorful and juicy. Perfect!

Yummy! I followed this recipe exactly and it came out great. Very simple, and ingredients that most people would have on hand. It makes quite a bit, so I will make a half batch in the future. My family gave it rave reviews.

Delicious! I was very worried about trying this recipe, just due to the fact that all that I've ever made, or had at my family's house, has been the box stuff. I have to say this recipe is VERY simple to follow, and the results are marvelous! I though it had such a wonderful flavor and got rave reviews from all of my dinner guests. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. We'll have this every year from now on.
