Pumpkin-Apple Muffins with Streusel Topping
These muffins were delicious and they made the house smell so good! I used whole wheat flour instead of regular flour and it tatstes great and it makes it a little healthier too. I also added walnuts to the topping mixture and eliminated the butter. The kids ate them warm right from the muffin tin-delicious!

Chicken Piccata II
Amazing! I doubled the water and bullion to create more gravy & poured over agel hair. I also needed a lot more flour, garlic etc. for dredging. No leftovers! Next time I will try to cut down on the butter and add olive oil.

Honey Ginger Shrimp
Very easy and delicious flavor. I served it over angel hair but needed more sauce. Next time I'll return the pasta to the pan and toss to use up all the flavor & juices from the pan. I'll definately make this again!
