About this Cook
My cooking tragedies
Many many moons ago my cousin and I were assigned to cook a roast for dinner. The prep work was already done, all we had to do was compile the food items, season and put into the oven. We easily completed all the above mentioned tasks and proceeded throughout our day. When my aunt an uncle came home ready for dinner they wondered why the place did not smell of glorious roast. We checked the oven only to find a raw roast sitting in it's would be juices in an oven that was never turned on. Since none of us were in the mood for spoiled suishi roast we ended up having Mac & Chz.

Fig and Olive Tapenade
I made this recipe a couple years ago when I was in college and all my roommates and neighbors loved it!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I
This recipe was THE BEST! I made it as a side with Eggplant Parmesan and it was wonderful. I surprised all my guests, they were baffled when I told them the salad I was making. I will make this again and again!
