I really enjoyed making and eating this meatloaf. Will make again.

I changed the recipe slightly, by adding lots of herbs, as I found it a little bland without herbs. I used both fresh and tinned tomatoes, and I only used a hand blender, so it wasn't very smooth, which I found I liked better. I would also recommend peeling the tomatoes first. I realy enjoy making this soup, it is so quick and simple!
