Wild Rice Spaghetti Chicken
we just didn't like this...it was so brothy and didn't have much flavor. i love the idea of wild rice and spaghetti together, but it needs to be creamy for our taste. also, i used actual wild rice, not from a mix. that was a long cooking process and i think using the wild rice mix (like uncle bens) would have been easier and yielded a much better overall flavor--might have helped with that brothy issue.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This was soooo good! Instead of the water, I used a can of cream of chicken soup. It had the perfect consistency. I also added a can of rinsed black beans during the last half hour of cooking time. I added Tapatio hot sauce to my serving to make it a bit spicier. I used regular tortilla chips since I was short on time, but I will make my own tortilla strips next time. I'll definately be making this often this winter. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

No Sour Cream Beef Stroganoff
It tasted like hamburger helper--that's fine at least I know what's in it! But it was so visually unappetizing that I could not finish eating it. Really pale, white and grayish. I don't know how the above photo looks so good--maybe they left out the flour?
