Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf

Loved this! A also made a few changes to cut down on fat and calories. Used 1 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 C 1% milk and 2 Tbl. brown sugar. A definate "do again"

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops

Very yummy, only used hslf the oil. Be sure not to overcook the chops, they dry out quickly. A definate "do again".

Cream of Artichoke Soup I

Life it too short - I used canned artichoke hearts, using just the bottoms and Land O Lakes fat free 1/2 & 1/2 to cut down on the fat. Yummy
