Glazed Meatloaf II

I detest meatloaf but this is the best I have ever tasted...I found myself loving it! With a nice lettuce salad and a veggie casserole or potatoes this is absolutely perfect. Thanks!

Banana Nut Bread I

Best banana bread I have ever had. I was so impressed with myself after I made this. Everything was perfect. And I wrapped the loaves in foil to keep them moist, and it worked. Three days after I baked them they are still delicious and moist. Thank you!!!!

Chicken Enchiladas V

This dish is just so delicious and easy at the same time. I used canned chicken (a real time-saver). I used a can of fiesta cheese soup and a can of cream of chicken. Also, I mixed in a can of Mexicorn with the soups and sour cream and I think the corn really makes the dish. Thanks for a wonderful recipe. I will make this again and again. Next time I will mix a can of Mexicorn with some Spanish rice and spoon this mixture at the bottom of the rolled enchiladas. Yum!!!!!

Sandy's Casserole

Pretty good stuff. I didn't even measure the cheddar cheese, I just dumped a bunch in. I cooked the macaroni about 4 minutes, drained it and then added it to the casserole. I also put crushed potato chips on top. Yum!

Pretty good stuff, instead of Swiss cheese I put grated Mozzarella on and I subbed 2 cans of cream of chicken soup & sprinkled some grated Parmesan on top.

WOW. these are delicious! I can't say enough great things about these. Relatively easy to make and so, so, so delicious...the parmesan taste is wonderful. I had to bake mine longer than 20 minutes, maybe my oven is slow?

Taco Soup III

Sooo good and so easy! I just browned the beef, threw everything in the crockpot for about 5 hours on Low. Turned out perfect! I used canned corn, not hominy. I garnished with cilantro and sour cream...yum! I also threw a jar of mild salsa in the crockpot.

Dump Cake IV

Very very very rich. You just can't eat too much at one time without loads of milk! I ate it with Cool Whip and it was great. Next time I'll add chopped nuts. I found I had to drain the pineapple otherwise it's too runny. I also used a greased 9x13 pan instead of bundt.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

yum yum yum! Better than mac & cheese from box and very easy to make. Would recommend this for any family gatherings...it won't last long! I made it exactly as is...except instead of putting the bread crumbs on top I just added extra sharp cheddar on top and sprinkled some grated parmesan & romano on top of that. I also used mozzarella in addition to the sharp cheddar and that made it cheesier it seems. With this recipe you can't go wrong because you can put in any cheeses you like. Very good and easy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars IV

Very yum! These disappear fast :) I would recommend not grinding the graham crackers very finely. I left some crackers bigger than most and it gave a nice crunch.
